getfirebug.com has Firebug 1.3.1b4. This is a candidate for 1.3.1 on addons.mozilla.org.

Give it a spin. Next stop will be 1.4b1 we hope…

I verified a very serious with firebug.If we have Last-Modified Header firefox 3 is not sending the further requests with If-Modified-Since and serving from cache instead.
Disabling firebug makes every thing works fine.
Request you to have a look at it.
