Firebug Tip: Its a Button!

In its effort to be compact, Firebug has some user interface features that, ah, require some experience. One is the Firebug Menu: yup the Firebug icon in the upper left corner of the user interface is actually a menu.

Someday I hope we can change its styling to outline it so it looks like a button….

Now if you open Firebug in its own window, the button does not exist, and the menu is under “View”.

And if you open Firebug in its own window on the Mac, neither the button nor the View menu exists. I’m guessing the View menu is off whereever Mac puts them, but I can’t see a Mac from here…

So, I don’t have a firebug in my upper left. I’m guessing it has something to do with the fact that mine is the Mac version?
